India research market · TRX → INR · reviewed 15 September 2026

A higher TRX price is not yet a better cash-out.
Compare the INR that reaches your bank.

A public comment saw Giottus showing roughly ₹2 more per TRX than Binance and asked about moving the asset before selling. The answer depends on two executable quotes, Binance's withdrawal amount, Giottus's sale fee and deductions—not the displayed price alone.

01 / Same-amount worksheet

Run both routes with one INR budget and one timestamp.

Route A: use Giottus only

Enter the same INR budget in Giottus and record the executable TRX amount, not the headline rate. For a regular user, Giottus currently publishes 0.4% maker and taker fees on INR pairs, with 18% GST applied to the trading fee. Instant Buy/Sell is a different quote: its terms say the displayed price includes an unitemized spread.

For a later sale, record gross INR, the trade fee and GST, the 1% TDS deduction shown by the platform, and final withdrawable INR. Giottus publishes zero platform fee for INR withdrawal, but linked-bank processing and timing still matter.

Route B: Binance → Giottus

Record the TRX delivered by Binance after its executable buy or trade and any trading fee. Then open a TRX deposit in Giottus. Its fee table currently marks TRX deposits on the TRX network as enabled with a two-TRX minimum. Select that same network in Binance and record the final amount after Binance's dynamic withdrawal fee.

Only then preview the Giottus TRX/INR sale. The route wins only if the net bank-bound INR exceeds Route A after every layer. A ₹2 historical screen difference cannot prove that; the price may move between purchase, transfer confirmation and sale.

02 / What to record

Keep route evidence separate from tax conclusions.

  1. Before buying: save timestamp, INR budget, order type, quoted TRX, trading fee, GST or spread, and payment cost on each venue.
  2. Before transferring: copy the Giottus TRX deposit address from the verified account, confirm the TRX network on both screens, and note minimum deposit, Binance fee and final TRX received. Start with a small test if both services permit it.
  3. Before selling: save the Giottus order-book or instant-sale quote, gross INR, trading fee, GST, TDS shown and net INR. Do not mix a spot order-book fee with an Instant Buy/Sell spread.
  4. For the bank leg: confirm the linked bank name, minimum, available balance and timing. Giottus terms allow up to seven working days and banking-channel delays; zero platform fee is not an arrival guarantee.
  5. For records: preserve Binance acquisition and withdrawal history, transaction hash, Giottus deposit, sale confirmation, TDS certificate and bank receipt. The Income Tax Department requires transaction-level VDA reporting, but its public guidance does not decide whether your own-account transfer is itself a sale. Ask a qualified adviser about your facts.
